The terms that govern your access to and use of the AvioIQ™ platform and the Aviation Oasis websites.
AvioIQ produces decision-support intelligence, including reconstructed economics and probabilistic estimates. Outputs are analytical aids, not guarantees of outcomes — operational, commercial and safety decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
By accessing or using the AvioIQ platform or the Aviation Oasis websites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
AvioIQ is an aviation-intelligence platform comprising the Digital Twin and connected products that reconstruct, simulate and analyse route-level economics. We may add, modify or discontinue features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid customers.
You retain all rights in the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we do not use your datasets to serve other customers.

The platform, its models, methodologies, interfaces and the AvioIQ and Aviation Oasis marks are owned by Aviation Oasis Private Limited or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Paid access is governed by the order or subscription you enter into. Fees are billed as set out there, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be revised on renewal with prior notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytical outputs are estimates based on models and available data and should be validated before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, with notice and an opportunity to cure where practicable. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and we handle your data in line with your agreement and the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Aviation Oasis Private Limited's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
