How Aviation Oasis Private Limited collects, uses, protects and shares information when you use AvioIQ™ and our websites.
AvioIQ is an aviation-intelligence platform for business users. We process customer route, fleet and operational data solely to deliver the platform's analysis — we do not sell personal data, and we never use customer datasets to train models for other customers.
This policy applies to www.aviationoasis.com, the AvioIQ platform, and any related services operated by Aviation Oasis Private Limited ("Aviation Oasis", "we", "us"). It covers both visitors to our sites and authorised users of the platform.
Where we process data on behalf of a customer (for example, the route economics a customer uploads), we act as a data processor and the customer remains the controller. This policy then supplements the agreement we hold with that customer.
We rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you or your organisation; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform; your consent (for example, marketing emails); and compliance with legal obligations.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, least-privilege provisioning and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk proportionate and contained.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out here, to meet legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. Customer datasets are retained and deleted in line with the customer agreement.
